There is always something going on in life that derails you, even if temporarily. I guess that is life. However, there is a light to every bad thing that happens. That is what I feel like a message is after reading Danielle Holian’s poetry collection, The Dilemma.
I like reading a variety of poetry collections. The topics I read always have me feeling all of the emotions. It is ones of the reasons that poetry is something I enjoy reading. Now before I continue to ramble, let’s get to the review.
The Dilemma

It takes a lot of emotion to write a strong poetry collection. To get the poems just right to not only tell a story, but to make the reader feel that story. That’s what I like about reading poetry. Reading Danielle’s poetry collection, The Dilemma, is no different.
Danielle writes in a free verse style poetry that I find easy to read and enjoy.
I think many people will be able to relate to the poems in this collection. If you’ve ever been in a relationship that has ended, I think you will be able to feel the dilemma she goes through. There are many poems in this collection that are packed with emotion. Being able to feel the struggle that Danielle lays out on each and every page of this book. I think that
The Dilemma is a strong poetry collection perfect for readers that have experienced heartbreak. It shows the inner turmoil that one faces after losing someone you once loved. Paired with the fact that you may still see this person, I think this collection does a fantastic job of showing the dilemma you face. Although this poetry collection wasn’t relatable for me, I think it is something many people can find comfort it during a difficult time.
Thank you again, Danielle, for the eBook!
