Poetry. It’s been a long time since I’ve talked about my April Camp NaNoWriMo project. Well, guess what?! I’ve been editing it!

I was in a serious rut when it came to editing lately. None of my projects screamed “work on me,” so I didn’t. Then a burst of inspiration hit. I’ve been wanting to get back to my poetry collection, and I finally felt like I should.
But enough backstory for today! I want to share with you some poems I wrote that won’t make it into the final collection.
Are you ready?

These poems are amazing! Thank you for sharing! 🙂 I don’t write any poetry, although I know I should push myself out of my comfort zone and try. Editing it must be a lot of fun. You have a small space, so you have to make each word count.
Thanks, Madeline! 😊 It has been fun! It’s not as stressful as editing an entire novel!
