Ever feel as if your fingers may freeze, but you can’t keep a blanket over them to type? Or are you a person who is always cold? Maybe you’re even a person that is both!
Well, I can say that I’m a person who is always cold. No matter the season, my hands are always cold. The worst part, I can’t type for any of my WIPs and keep my hands warm at the same time.
Now, today I’m going to talk about an awesome new product that will help with cold hands when you’re trying to work on your computer no matter the season.
They are Cashmere Writing Gloves by Literary Book Gifts.

What Are Cashmere Writing Gloves?
Cashmere Writing Gloves are fingerless gloves made for easy typing. They are warm, breathable gloves that are suited for all seasons. These gloves can be purchased for $52 USD on Literary Book Gifts Website.
*I was gifted a pair of Heather Grey Writing Gloves for the purpose of this review. All thoughts and opinions about these gloves are my own.*
Benefits:
– Warm
These writing gloves keep your hands and fingers warm, but not hot. The breathable fabric allows your fingers to stay cool while remaining warm in the gloves.
– No Restraints
You don’t have to worry about restraints when you use these writing gloves. I’m actually writing this post with them now, and I’m still able to type at my normal speed without any problems. You can always still eat without worry of spilling or making a mess.
– Comfortable
These gloves are soft and comfortable to wear. It doesn’t even feel like you’re wearing them while you’re working. Though there is a downside, it doesn’t deter from the overall usefulness of these gloves. I’ll discuss some downsides about the materials in the drawbacks.
– Color Options
You can have your pick of many colors to fit your own personal style. I went for the Heather Grey because grey works with a lot. But you have the choice of:
- White
- Black
- Heather Grey
- Charcoal
- Heather Navy Blue
- Violet
- Heather Purple
- Dark Green
- Light Heather Grey
- Electric Blue
- Wine Red
- Heather Coffee Brown
- Blush Pink
Drawbacks:
– Itchy around the wrists
The material of the gloves is comfortable and soft, however, around my wrists, I found that the gloves would be a bit itchy. I sometimes would roll up the bottom of the gloves to stop the itching. However, this can be from the cashmere wool material these gloves are made out of.
– Riding Up
The location of the thumb hole is in the right spot to pull the fabric as you’re trying to type. Although it does pull into a comfortable position, it doesn’t help with the itchiness of the base of the gloves.
– Price
The current price at the time I write this post is $52 USD. I do think that this is a bit high for these gloves. Though the quality is good and the material is nice, I think they are pretty expensive.
Do I Recommend Them?
These writing gloves really do work. I have already seen a difference as I use these writing gloves for my own work. I look forward to using them in the winter months because I know I’ll be able to be more productive. These gloves are recommended for anyone that is frequently cold and needs a bit of extra support when writing.
